DANCES OF UNIVERSAL PEACE

we will commemorate 100 years since the end of World War 1

Peace is at the heart of all world religions, and we will dance in a circle using Sacred Chants and Phrases from various spiritual traditions. These simple dances allow us to bypass the busy mind and drop into the stillness and peace of the heart.

As the mind quietens, the heart opens… …and with inner peace comes outer peace.
