Come and experience the joys of life as we celebrate unity through music and movement. Drawing on spiritual traditions from across the world, we have the chance to connect with ourselves and each other on a deeper level as we honour the sacredness in all beings. Everything is taught from scratch and no experience is required.
This is first dance session I’ll be leading in Cardiff and hopefully there will be many more to come in the future.
