Friday Dancing
The Dances of Universal Peace are simple, direct, accessible and profound. They are inspired by the wisdom and sacred phrases of many spiritual traditions. Essentially they are a form of celebration and meditation in song and movement, the sacred phrase being an important element of each Dance. No previous experience is necessary. All are welcome, croeso i bawb.
We share Dances of Universal Peace on the third Friday of the month. Occasionally the monthly date has to be altered, to confirm please contact Sandra Sunfire
