Let’s gather again, or for the first time, with The Healing Breath through the Beatitudes.  This is an invitation to explore the journey of healing, connecting through our breath with the whole of our body, all aspects of our being, in connection with the whole of life.  We will be guided by the words of Yeshua, Jesus, in Matthew 5, which describes a way of experiencing our journey towards wholeness. We will use the language Jesus spoke, Aramaic, revealing a way of returning to our natural, original being in healthy relationship to ourselves, each other and the natural world.
A non-residential mini-retreat to celebrate and welcome

When spring interweaves with summer, in the time in between, we may find that power of transformation, of fertility and fecundity. Growth is underway and yet to bear fruit ~ all is possible, all is potent.  We can always turn toward healing, to become more of who we truly are.  Now is a “blessedly ripe” time to do this, for ourselves, for our communities, for our environments and for this living, sacred Earth.  We will be guided by the work of Neil Douglas-Klotz on “the Beatitude Way”: a continual internal process that will help us affirm a state of readiness to come to wholeness, to realise our highest purpose, and to find our right place in society and the cosmos.”
There will be movement and stillness, singing, chanting and Dancing, body prayer and meditation, deep listening and sharing.
All welcome, croeso i bawb.  Please bring food to share for 2 lunches and 1 tea/supper, teas and coffee provided.  Please bring anything that helps you to be comfortable when sitting, shawls, blankets, cushions etc.  You might like to bring your journal, drawing materials.
We will join to open and create our sacred time together on Friday 7.30 – 9.00pm.  On Saturday we will meet 10.30am ~ 8.30pm. On Sunday we will meet 10.30am ~ 3.00pm.

Cost: £65 for the weekend (concessions available)

There are many places to stay in the beautiful Dyfi Valley.  If you would like help with accomodation or would like any other information, please get in touch.
Please stay home if you have any cold or flu symptoms, to take care of ourselves and our communities.

All love and blessings, Shamsia
