Sesshin – silent day of DUP & meditation With John Rees and Morag Allen (musical accompaniment)

Day of sesshin – DUP alternating with sitting meditation.
Each dance and each sitting period will last about 20 minutes. The meditation intervals will simply be periods of (unguided) sitting in silence.
Many people find that this format of silent sitting between dances deepens the whole day, and can lead to a profound sense of inner harmony, beauty and unity.
10am for prompt 10.30 start, ending 4.30.
The whole day will be in silence, with a bring-and-share vegetarian lunch.
£25 (£20 if paid by Saturday 9th July)
The village hall GL5 5PQ is next but one to the Royal Oak in North Woodchester, signposted off the A46, between Stroud and Nailsworth.
Please bring cushions/blanket/a meditation stool if you use one. There are plenty of chairs in the hall.
