Dance day led by Yelena Swarana (Latvia) & John Rees (Stroud), with Morag Allen on guitar
A retrun visit to the UK by Yelena, who has organised the Latvian Dancing Heart camps from 2009. She has been leading the Dances of Universal Peace since 2010. Her passion is travelling, exploring new cultures and sharing the essence of it with others. Since her first journey to India she has totally fallen in love with its authentic land and people and the sacred mountain Arunachala-Shiva. For the last 5 years Yelena has been dividing her time between India, and Europe. Through mantras and dances Yelena shares never-ending joy and sweetness of the heart.
John has been leading dances and devotional singing locally for some years, and has more recently found new inspiration through leading days of sesshin, with dances interspersed with periods of sitting meditation.
Morag is an accomplished guitarist and accordion player.
