Dancing in a circle towards the One while chanting sacred phrases
is a joyful uplifting practice for body, mind & spirit,
bringing us into balance, harmony & peace.
Feel free to come earlier or stay longer and use the amazing infrared sauna
or relax in the Flotation Tank – or eat a wholesome meal in the SOUL Cafe
SOUL are open 10-7pm daily (except Tuesdays)
Raphael is a senior DUP leader and mentor-in-training, leading dances lightheartedly and with depth.
