We invite you to a day of healing, connecting through our breath with the whole of our body, all aspects of our being. We will be guided by the words of Jesus in Matthew 5, which describes a way of experiencing our journey towards wholeness. Using the language Jesus spoke, Aramaic, reveals a way of returning to our natural being in healthy relationship to ourselves, each other and
the whole of nature.
We will use simple movement as body prayer, singing and chanting as well as entering the silence and stillness. Based on the work of Neil Douglas Klotz (more information of his work available at www.abwoon.org)
Halim Geoffrey will support us with his beautiful guitar playing.
Please bring food to share, cushions etc if you are comfortable sitting on the floor and perhaps a shawl/blanket.
