Specialising in Aramaic, Hebrew and Arabic dances/ zikr

Daren has been practising meditation for 22 years and is a mindfulness meditation teacher. Daren is also a Sufi initiate of the Ruhanniat lineage and has a strong connection to the practise of zikr (recitation of sacred quranic phrases practised with movement/dance) and also the zikr type dances and practises using the words of Jesus in the native language of Jesus: Aramaic.
