“When I first open my eyes upon the morning meadows and look out upon the beautiful world, I thank God I am alive”
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
“Piglet noticed that even though he had a Very Small Heart, it could hold a rather large amount of Gratitude”
~ A.A. Milne – Winnie the Pooh
“Dance, when you’re broken open. Dance, if you’ve torn the bandage off. Dance in the middle of the fighting. Dance in your blood. Dance when you’re perfectly free.”
Beginners are very welcome. Every time we do a dance, we learn the words, and the movements and the melody from the beginning. You don’t have to know anything to do this. We honour all the world’s religions and peoples. The sacred, by every name, is our subject matter.
All welcome – no experience needed.
Bring vegetarian food to share for lunch.
concessions: £15 – £25 sliding scale
No one turned away through lack of money
Next Dance Day: Feb 10th (Aramaic Prayer with Susanne)
