Join me in an afternoon of Dances of Universal Peace.

Held in the beautiful town of Stanhope in the heart of the Weardale countryside. We will be dancing in the methodist church in the centre of the village. This church has such a peaceful vibe.

The Dances of Universal Peace are simple, meditative and joyous circle dances. They use sacred phrases, chants, movements, and music from the world’s wisdom traditions.
The Dances are designed to inspire the spiritual essence within us. Many people experience a profound feeling of being alive, a knowing of deep peace within oneself and feeling among a community in motion and unity.

There are no ‘wrong’ moves in these dances , all welcome.

We will be focusing on peace , joy and connection.

Live music. Beautiful people.

Free Event – Donations welcome for hall hire and refreshments.

Refreshments will be provided thoughout the day. 30 minute break at 1530 for connecting with lovely friends, penny spending , tea drinking and cake scoffing 😉

We will be dancing in a new venue this month. There is plenty of off road parking.

Please give me a call if you’d like any more info about the dances , directions or just for a lovely chat on 07470953862.

Joy and sorrow both are for each other. If it were not for joy, sorrow could not be; and if it were not for sorrow, joy could not be experienced –
