Dances of Universal Peace UK committee structure and function

We are affiliated to Dances of Universal Peace International, the international organisation with an office base in the USA, to whom we pay a percentage of our subscription.

Treasurer

Keeps the financial records of the DUPUK updated and maintains an archive of them. Banks monies received, enables transfer of funds between accounts. Invoices and pays suppliers and providers of services to the DUPUK and produces reports including the Annual Report and Summary of Accounts for the AGM.

Maintains the database of members of the DUPUK and deals with all aspects of processing applications.

Handles all aspects of the sales and accounts of merchandise sold on behalf of the DUPUK.

Assists the Management Committee with the practical aspects of organising both the annual AGM and spring meeting. Also organises other Network sponsored days and/or weekend or longer events.
